TANGGUNG JAWAB SECARA HUKUM OLEH RUMAH SAKIT YANG MENOLAK MEMBERIKAN PELAYANAN KESEHATAN KEPADA PASIEN
Abstract
Everyone is entitled to health care following his needs; this can be seen in article 28 H paragraph (1) of the Constitution 1945, states that "every person has the right to live a prosperous life, living and living in a good and healthy environment and entitled to a health care service." If it is seen in the hospital's use is to treat and provide first aid service to the community as a patient who needs treatment action in both emergencies and to maintain health. The hospital should provide services optimally according to hospital use. However, there are still cases of rejection of health services in hospitals as an example is the rejection of the poor or to patients who need first aid. If it is seen in criminal law, that denial of health services, including criminal, is found in articles 304 and 531 of the criminal justice ACT.
