DIGITALISASI LEMBAGA BANTUAN HUKUM PERGURUAN TINGGI: RE-ORIENTASI PENDIDIKAN HUKUM DAN PENERAPAN TEKNOLOGI

Abstract

Higher education legal aid institution, is the embodiment of community service by all academic community, especially law students in providing justice access services to the community, as well as improving competitiveness, ability and knowledge of legal technology. The purpose of the research is to explore the phenomenon of disruptive technology in the world of legal practice, and the opportunity to re-orient legal education that incorporates digitalization technology into the higher education legal aid institution. The research method was conducted with a socio-legal approach and the presentation of data based on legal hermeneutics, and the withdrawal of conclusions stating that digitization has changed the traditional legal practice viewpoint and model that is currently quite replaced by the absence of AI Lawyers, DIY law and ROSS intelligence. That the concept of digitization can be applied into higher education legal aid institution as a form of application of science and technology culture according to Tri Dharma Higher Education.
