PENANGGULANGAN CYBER BULLYING SEBAGAI PEMBENTUKAN KARAKTER GENERASI MILENIAL

Abstract

IT have a positive impact economic prosperity, or millennial generation, its use of learning or communicating, creating in digital space, but its misuse creates unlawful actions in cyberspace, such as moral and ethical degradation, including insults and bullying on social media. Cyber crime is charged with criminal as UU ITE and cyber bullying issues are legal cases that often occur in the cyber world abuse of freedom of expression, especially by millennial who tend to be ignorant of the values of politeness and character or national identity with uphold civilization, including respect for the reputation of fellow humans, even though different ideas still be respected. Relationship between character and the freedom of social media, required to find out the handling of cyber bullying as the formation of millennial generation characters.
